I kept a ‘book’ of my sons feeds, sleeps & nappies for the first 8 months of his life as found it the only way to understand what to do and what to expect! I’m now expecting #2 so looking forward to using a specific book for recording this! I’ll be showing it to my childminder too as she keeps just a notebook of what he has done that day but this would be much easier for her to fill in as sometimes I end up with an essay!"
