A ToDoDid notepad has a board back, contains 100 pages (of one chart) and is A6 in size. This product is designed for parents that may be trying to tackle a particular issue, such as working out why their baby feeds all night rather than during the day, or where sleep patterns need working on, or where potty training is being done.
A ToDoDid contains 12 pages including the front and back cover and has been created with the busy parent or carer in mind - high quality design, durable and reusable with a plastic spiral binding and a clip to hold the dry wipe pen. The easy to use layout on the pages allow you to record the following:
A cover sheet where you can write the child's name. Today's story - this page can be used to record any special moments or milestones achieved as well as to describe how the child was feeling that day. Perhaps they clapped hands for the first time, or said a new phrase, or took their first steps unaided. Feeds - recording the time of the feed and whether it was a milk/solid feed along with any other details (perhaps a description of what they ate, or how much they ate, new tastes etc). Nappy changes - recording the time of the change and whether the nappy was wet/soiled and any other comments (eg nappy rash cream applied, or potty training going well). Sleep - daytime sleep can play a big part in good night time sleep, so recording the naps as well as the night sleep will help spot any patterns. Details of where the sleep was had and how long the sleep was, together with any additional notes. Medicines - record any medicine administered to the child to make it easier to keep track of what has been given and when the next dose is due (especially helpful if taking Calpol as well as antibiotics). Reminders - most sleep deprived parents will need somewhere to jot notes of things to be remembered, but the scraps of paper or sticky notes often get mislaid. This could be the shopping list, reminders to add things to a home calendar, people to call etc. This week/next week planner - a quick glance shows any classes or activities planned. New activities/skills/environments may contribute to changes in a child's normal sleep pattern so it could be helpful to see just how busy their week is! Letters and numbers – a page showing the letters of the alphabet and numbers 1-10 with a space to play Tic Tac Toe (may be a useful distraction on a bus/train, waiting at the doctor’s etc!) The back cover can be used to show the name of the carer (where appropriate – eg a sticker with the childminder’s details or the nursery’s details)
